Happy Thanksgiving!!!

We have had a fabulous break this week/weekend.  It's been full of fun and rest. Here are a few pictures from our 24 hour trip up to Blacksburg to see the fam for Thanksgiving.  Matt and I took the kids to the playground while the delicious turkey was cooking.
 Cousin Ruby enjoying the swing!
Me holding baby Beckett, he's getting so big! If you look closely you can see we have on matching shirts!
 Grandpa Hank!!!
Sweet Sarah Claire lived up to her nickname (SC) this turkey day as she absolutely LOVED crackers with cream cheese and pepper jelly, go figure!!
 SC and her Uncle Ben!
Grandma Cheryl and all 4 grand kids! Ruby looked a bit apprehensive.
And then Grandpa jumped in and Ollie decided he was going to be sad, SC decided she needed to check on baby Beckett! And what in the world is that crab doing in our photo session!?
And this was what was waiting for us, when we got inside, a beautiful, organic turkey, Julie is a fantastic chef...she cooked it at 450 degrees, it was A-mazing!  We are so very thankful for all of our family!

November...

November is more than half way through...here is the gigantic blogging catch up.  We've been going to lots of birthday parties...this one was for some of our favorite friends who moved away but are now back in town!!! Yay! Happy Birthday Lukey!
We're still in the remodel mode, here is Matt pulling the light fixture, so that he can bring up the dry wall for the  new room! I think he hung about 50 pieces this weekend.

We've been to several playdates at the park...love this pic of the 3 of us!
We've been to playdates at the mall (tried to go to the zoo but got rained on.)
We've still been sharing rooms (and sweet hugs!) Matt snapped this pic for me this morning, SC is wearing another one of my 30 year old smocked dresses!
And we're still being creative...we got a new vacuum a few weeks ago and Matt decided to turn our old one into a "BackVac."  Here he is sucking up drywall pieces off the steps!

I am looking forward to a short week, feeling thankful for time to come with family, we'll be spending some time with the newest Hannam...baby Beckett and cousin Ruby!

Happy Thanksgiving Week!
