So Thankful

It's Veteran's Day...sorry it's been so long since my last post. I'm officially a stay at home wife and mom today. I am thankful for so many things. I got to sleep in a little bit this morning with both of my boys on either side of me in the bed (like old times.) I am thankful that my parents are alive and well, I attended a visitation this past weekend of one of my dear sweet friends from Charleston's mom, Miss Wanda, who was also a dear best friend to my mom. Her battle with a really bad lung disease ended on Thursday, and she went home to be with Jesus. Matt and I have so much to be thankful for, a beautiful, healthy son, food to eat, a home to snuggle in, our love for each other, great friends who care about us so much, and loving supportive families.
Matt sent this video to me the other day and I just sat down to watch it, this will truly make you thankful as well. Please be warned you will need tissues, but I hope you will walk away as I am thankful for Jesus and his love and promises to care for us in all circumstances.

I was sent the "99 Balloons" video over a month ago and I've watched it quite a few times. I cry each and every time I watch it - it is so touching and sweet and sad... Now that I have a child, it really gets to me.

Whit,
Thanks for the sweet comments about Miss Wanda. I know that she loved all of you very much. I am so thankful that you all were here last weekend. Isn't it amazing how God knows just the timing of all things. He is AWESOME. Look for comments now that my computer is fixed. (Warn Matt!) I love you, Mom in C. Hi Ollie :}
